What is UOMI?

UOMI is a highly specialized multidisciplinary center dedicated to comprehensive care for adult cancer patients: from rapid and accurate diagnosis to offering the most appropriate treatment for their disease, providing close support to patients and their families at each stage in the process.

How do we work?

Patients receive an initial multidisciplinary assessment to quickly establish a diagnosis and molecular characterization of their disease.

Our Team

Dr. Santiago Viteri

I am a medical oncologist with a degree in Medicine from the University of Navarra, where I also obtained my specialist degree. During my studies I learned to constantly seek new options and treatments for patients and developed an empathic and compassionate style of care.

Dr. Marta Suárez

I am a medical oncologist with a degree in Medicine from the University of Zaragoza (1997).

Dr. Carlos Cabrera

I have held a degree in Medicine from the University of San Martín De Porres (Lima, Peru) since 2007.

Dr. Albert Abad

I hold a degree in Medicine from the University of Barcelona and in 1991 received my PhD from the Autonomous University of Barcelona for research on the modulation of the cytostatic drug 5-fluorouracil.

Dr. Alberto Rodrigo

I hold a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid) and I am a specialist in Medical Oncology at the Lozano Blesa University Clinical Hospital in Zaragoza.

Gina Simó

I graduated in Nursing from Gimbernat University Schools in 2014.

Lorena Àguila

I graduated in Nursing from the University of Navarra (2009-2013). During my degree I volunteered in pediatric oncology, and it was there that I fell in love with this specialty.

Carmen Albiol

I hold a Diploma in Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master in Marketing, Distribution and Consumption from the University of Barcelona.

Montserrat Toledo

I hold a Diploma in Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a Master in Marketing, Distribution and Consumption from the University of Barcelona.

Montse Jordan

I am an auxiliary nursing technician. My professional career began in 2000 at Clínica Aliança as a hospital assistant. Later, I started working in the outpatient department. I have worked in different specialties such as gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, vascular medicine, etc.
